A lovely little victorian box.
Measuring 18 x 13 x 6 cm
It has brass decorative pierced plaque on the top,detailing to the base that suggestive of basket weave.
There is a key that can only be removed when the box is locked, and it opens to reveal a green satin lining.
It's in great usable condition for its age, would benefit from a polish. One of the hinges is a bit damaged but it doesn't effect the lid opening and closing.
